What’s your return policy?

We strive to provide excellent service and to have all customers 100% satisfied with their purchase.  If there is something wrong with your item when it arrives, we review on a case-by-case basis.  All items are insured so if there is any damage to the product in shipment, we offer a 100% refund.  Returns for commissioned works or works with any customizations are not accepted.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
